Browser Issues

The end goal of normalize.css should be to not exist (or realistically, to be extremely small).
The purpose of page is to keep track of which inconsistencies have been reported as issues at the relevant browser's bug tracker, and of those issues, which ones have been fixed in normalize.css, and if so, what is the relevant code for the fix.
