Questions about your system #1

Hey there,
I was just doing my typical "looking for neat things on GitHub" and I came across this. I have to say it seems to work really nice. I was having fun just making all the balls roll around trying to beat the sliding rectangle, lol. I had two questions, the first had to do with the license. I didn't see a license file and I don't see one assigned here on GitHub, is this MIT licensed? My second question is, is there much of a performance hit that you know of using a grid-like node system as you are using? How big do you think would probably be the limit before it started to interfere with performance, or is this just meant mostly to be for smaller and more accurate situations?
