Adding support for monthly billing (issue #69).
The store config / branding page now has a Billing Cycle option which lets an administrator choose between monthly or annual pricing.
Adding display index for offers for partner offers
To allow more customisation of the customer facing storefront, partner offers can now be assigned a display index which is then used to sort partner offers in the desired order.
