- Bump Testcontainers and Testcontainers.CosmosDb to v4.10.0. - Refactor CosmosEventStream metadata patch logic to use Add, Replace, or Remove operations based on state, improving correctness. - Minor code cleanup and formatting improvements.
Update version.json to 5.4. Add changelog entry in README.md for v5.4, highlighting the new ability to update a stream's MetaData object. Retain previous changelog entries.
