Finished and added the completed assignment_3.ipynb notebook.
What did you learn from the changes you have made?
Practiced clustering and bootstrapping with the wine dataset. Also learned how scaling affects K-Means.

Not really, followed the approach shown in class and materials.
Were there any challenges? If so, what issue(s) did you face? How did you overcome it?
Plotting all pair combinations was slow. Used helper function to keep it clean. Also clarified bootstrapping steps using lecture examples.
How were these changes tested?
Ran everything in the notebook. Checked all plots and printed results.
