chore: Upgrade midnight crates and rust version 1.90

Summary

Currently not working since the Midnight test-net still runs an older version of ledger (v4). We won't be able to test further until the new v6 is deployed on the test-net.

TODO

• Verify if we still require MIDNIGHT_LEDGER_TEST_STATIC_DIR env var to be set
• Verify if we still need LedgerContext to be called with seeds
