Add OpenHands Commercial Open Source Strategy documentation

This PR adds a new documentation page called "OpenHands Commercial Open Source Strategy" that covers:

• Vision: OpenHands as the open standard for AI coding agents
• Problems We Solve: "Building With" (inner loop AI coding agent) and "Building On" (repetitive engineering tasks)
• Example Use Cases: Maintenance, Modernization, Migration, Tech Debt, and more
• Target Customers: OSS vs Commercial audiences
• Dividing Lines Between OSS and Commercial: Open Core model explanation
• Strategic Challenges: Portfolio management, community contributions, market differentiation
• Unique Differentiators: Open source foundation, model-agnostic, cloud-first scalability
• Strategic Roadmap Pillars: Cloud agents, "Build On" focus, model-agnostic approach
• Commitment to Open Source: Governance, metrics, and long-term commitment

The page has been added to the navigation under Overview > Overview as the last item in the list (after "Contributing").

Thank you, I liked a lot Robert's latest cloud blog post, a docs page based on it would be really good to have!

Sorry, I haven't got to go through all, I would appreciate to discuss a bit some nits on wording - such as contrasting "OSS" with "commercial" - I'll follow up
