This PR will organize the repository according to best practices and the structure outlined in the README.

Tasks:

• Create missing CODE_OF_CONDUCT.md file
• Organize loose files into appropriate directories
  • Move contributor profiles to contributors/ directory
  • Move quotes to quotes/ directory
  • Move jokes to jokes/ directory
  • Move tips to tips/ directory
  • Move hacks to hacks/ directory
  • Move fun-facts to fun-facts/ directory
• Clean up duplicate and misplaced files
  • Remove/consolidate duplicate files (TechHacks-duaali.md vs TechHacks_duaali.md)
  • Fix files with trailing dots in names
  • Remove empty or placeholder files
• Fix README.md duplications
  • Remove duplicate Resources sections
  • Clean up repeated content at the end
• Move misplaced code files to examples/ directory
• Update .gitignore if needed
• Clean up root directory to match project structure
