We have decided to move to depending on specific versions of the Flutter library from the application in order to better manage breaking changes. For development purposes it is acceptable to depend on specific branches of this repository. New library versions are released as soon as features or fixes are ready. I will probably release a new version of the library with this pull request today or tomorrow |

Reopened pull request #96. Not sure how to merge it because OpenEarable/app#197 depends on this pull request, but the OpenEarable app depends on open_earable_flutter v2.2.6 and not the main branch. Maybe this feature needs to be added with v2.2.7?
