Added support for DUMMY_GAME to assist in queue debug testing
Brief explanation:
I will likely update this at some point with a full dummy server. As of now, it intentionally omits the failure of the image on creation. This allows it to fail on the monitoring stage. This allows the users to document that they should have been connected allowing to run tests for queuing.
