Cache third-party dependencies for subsequent builds.

We cache the *-src dirs explicitly as that's the standard naming, so when we override this,
we should be sure to keep it consistent so they get cached too.

Different OS' can have different supported builds. Not all dependencies will be loaded,
so we should be sure to separate them.
