Fix UTF-8 fallback when abbreviating names

What

• Ensure abbreviateName uses Blizzard UTF-8 helper when available
• Keep the UTF-8 pattern fallback for compatibility

Why

• Provide proper abbreviated characters display for non-matching non-English characters (ex. ruRU WoW client)

Hey @Nevcairiel, I believe I have submitted a fix for SUF for this issue way back in Cataclysm Classic, but I feel that it was either never merged, or MoP now has a different SUF fork, so after the last update I have to patch it again.

I don't see any previous PR.
Also, your PR is against master, for retail, which actually already has that fixed by using utf8sub.

I have simply copied that fix to the classic version just now.
