prefer apartment; conflicts with your comment in level_1_space_types database saying multifamily is "common areas in a multifamily building/NOT dwelling units; schedule to be revised"

apartment is not in the database; We have guest room or sleeping quarters. Maybe we should had dwelling unit (more aligned with code language): (pnnl/building-energy-standards-data#133).
