Feature relative path

Implemented this feature request #131 .
This feature works like this

1. This feature is disabled by default so that old users can directly update this plugin without any change to their old bookmarks data.
2. When this feature enabled, the absolute path bookmarks data will be transfered to relative path automaticly.
