This PR fixes PhysiBoSS support for MSVC:

  • Updates MaBoSS version, and fixes location of the PhysiBoSS simulation engine
  • Detects MSVC on windows, and points to the proper version of the library to download
  • Re-activates tests for PhysiBoSS on MSVC
