Using Java RMI to manage population resources.
The resource chosen was Cars.
Anyone can rent their own cars and share them with the population.
The cars can be rented by anyone or reserved - if they are currently rented to someone else.
After returning a rented car, the individual who first reserved that car will be notified that the car became available and has been rented by the individual automatically.
