newutils -- is a set of network utilities for Linux or BSD; they are a "new" version of my old "rawutils". Unlike the latter, these support BSD.

Current set of available:

i. arping
ii. traceroute
iii. ping

Build

For compile use:

./BUILD

For cleaning:

./BUILD clean

For clang-format19:

./BUILD format
