Founded by a 16-year-old full-stack dev from Maharashtra, our mission is to build innovative apps and tools, starting with Vortexly, targeting 10,000+ users by Dec 2026. Vision

YouthVibe is all about turning crazy ideas into epic projects. Our main target? Crafting awesome solutions that connect, entertain, and inspire—especially for the Indian youth market. Expect creativity, collaboration, and a lot of fun!

Projects

• Vortexly-Backend: The powerhouse backend (Node.js/Python) handling APIs, chats, and data for our social app.
• Vortexly-Expo: The sleek frontend (React Native/Expo) bringing Vortexly to life on mobile.

Features

• Social media with posts, real-time chats, and group vibes.
• Music via JioSaavn API and YouTube videos with YouTube Data API v3.
• Events, dating, and donation features to support startups.
• AI-powered personalized feeds for that extra spice!

Getting Started

Prerequisites

• Node.js (backend)
• Expo CLI (frontend)
• Git (to join the vibe)
• Hostinger KVM 1 (initial setup)

Installation

1. Clone Repos:
   • Backend: git clone https://github.com/YouthVibe/Vortexly-Backend.git
   • Frontend: git clone https://github.com/YouthVibe/Vortexly-Expo.git
2. Backend Setup:
   • cd Vortexly-Backend
   • npm install (or pip install -r requirements.txt)
   • Set API keys (e.g., YouTube, JioSaavn)
   • Run: npm start or python app.py
3. Frontend Setup:
   • cd Vortexly-Expo
   • npm install && expo start
   • Test via Expo Go app.

Roadmap

• April 2025: Beta launch of Vortexly with 100-200 users.
• June 2026: Turn 18, register the company!
• Dec 2026: Hit 10K users with full launch.
• 2027: Add live streaming and scale with funding.
