Add ZK examples: zk-id and zk-vote

Summary

• Reorganize ZK examples under zk/ directory
• Move zk-id from root to zk/zk-id/
• Add zk-vote: anonymous voting using ZK proofs with compressed accounts

zk-vote features

• Privacy: Voters prove credential ownership without revealing identity
• Public votes: Vote choices are visible on-chain
• Double-vote prevention: Nullifier-derived addresses (cryptographic)
• Trust model: Trustless (no MPC nodes needed)
