Note for later, we can use Html.Programwithflags or whatever instead of bundling Navigation. We can just pass location.pathname as a flag. Title perhaps too? |

Build system should now be OK, so this can progress hopefully. Not really sure if I want/need the changes tbh though. External css is better for CSP. |

Styling attempt at running with the new elm-css version a la #78, attempting to also fix the build system, since
Build works, no runtime errors, but nothing is loading at all. So there's going to be a lot of churn to fix it I think.
