- Adds sqlite config option which is now required for using lu-explorer and note how to obtain said file
- Adds note about versions option needing to be removed due to paradox-server shutting down if this option is present and does not point to a versions folder
- Updates output folder names in README
- Add notes for ng and running paradox-server via command prompt/powershell
