I left a few ideas.

Also, leaving a CONTRIBUTORS file with your names is worth it, like you had in the pyproject file.

Also, I only have a little experience running the slim python docker. I wonder if it is going to be enough. We should be fine since we should only be running Python-based applications. I'd say let's keep it, and if needed, we can change it later.
