Fixed Q3 Max ISO layout

Reverts the faulty changes done to the ISO layout of the Q3 Max in f3cea8e.

Description

These changes caused the keys in the home row to be shifted by one key because the order of the layout was changed. Setting the width of the enter key to 2.75 also seems like a mistake. From what I know this is the correct value for ANSI, but wrong for ISO.
