Description
This PR adds in the ability to be able to set the chain's native token (addressZero) to be based on the network environment variable.
This is not urgent or necessarily required, as it is really only useful in cases where Colony is deployed to a network other than xDai. It was picked up on local dev while trying to spend ETH i.e. the local dev native token, and it was displaying what should have been ETH as XDAI.
