In my ASPNETCORE 9.0 project there was an issue with System.Data.Sqlclient. So I used Microsoft.Data.Sqlclient instead. Because I also use Belgrade-SqlClient the transitive package System.Data.Sqlclient (4.4.3) became the problem.
I upgrade this fork of Belgrade-SqlClient to ASPNETCORE 9.0 and Update System.Data.SqlClient to Microsoft.Data.SqlClient
