Rewrote the Norwegian translation from scratch

Initially because the no ISO code hasn't been supported in new Android versions since 2013 or so (meaning that Intra has shown up in English on 98% of Norwegian phones for the past few years), but also because I wanted to be completely sure that I wouldn't miss any strings.
