Summary

add ruby-openai gem and replace Gemini implementation with OpenAI::Client
document OpenAI setup in Spanish in README and deployment guide
drop Gemini references from dependency lockfile

Testing

bundle install (fails: Net::HTTPClientException 403 "Forbidden")
bundle exec rspec (fails: command not found: rspec)
