Fixed PaymentService.cancelOrderEvent method.

When PaymentConsumerConfig.processPayment receives an event where OrderStatus not equals OrderStatus.ORDER_CREATED, the correct workflow is:

Restore the user balance (update)
Remove the user transaction (delete)
