Pull request overview
This PR updates the frontend technology radar configuration by moving several technologies between adoption stages and adding new entries. The date field for all timeline entries is updated to reflect the current review period.
Changes:
- Moved several technologies to different adoption stages (adopt/hold/trial)
- Added three new technologies: pnpm, Highcharts, and Buildkite
- Updated all timeline dates from 2022-05-01 to 2026-02-03
