This PR revises the KPI section to lay the groundwork for a robust performance framework. The primary goal is to provide clear, measurable metrics to directly support immediate Cardano Treasury funding decisions. This revision focuses on internal ecosystem utility and value , and removes KPIs related to external market perception. These new top-level KPIs represent the foundational layer for a broader measurement system to be developed with future community input.

I fixed some line break issues causing build failure. I don't see anything wrong with these KPI's but will leave it to the committee to look over tomorrow before merging.

Added a new KPI for alternative full node clients and refined existing KPIs.
