Huh, This is odd. That test passes when I run it on my machine. I may need to wait for Sam to get back to figure out what is going wrong. |

I updated the FMWT and STN data with 2023 data. They changed the date format in the macro file, but not the meso file, so I had to make some tweaks to get it running again. I think I've got everything working? We'll see if it passes all of GitHubs checks...
