Sanitized .env.example to remove what appeared to be real API keys and replaced them with placeholders. Added standard security headers to next.config.mjs including X-Frame-Options, X-Content-Type-Options, Referrer-Policy, Permissions-Policy, and Strict-Transport-Security.

PR created automatically by Jules for task 5562538088925402510 started by @titorm

Severity: HIGH
Vulnerability: Hardcoded secrets in .env.example
Impact: Exposure of potential real credentials to public view.
Fix: Replaced all secrets with obvious placeholders.
Enhancement: Added HTTP security headers (X-Frame-Options, HSTS, etc.) to next.config.mjs.
Verification: Verified that .env.example is clean and next.config.mjs is valid.
