My background is rooted in high-stakes engineering. I started in the US Navy as a Nuclear Electronics Technician, where I developed an obsessive focus on:

🧭 Mission

I'm engineering a closed-loop "Cognitive and Operational Exoskeleton"—a system that quantifies human output across physical, technical, and cognitive domains to validate the Architect-Implementer-Verifier (AIV) model of human-AI symbiosis.

🎧 Listen to the System Audit (38m) An automated forensic analysis of the Cultivation Operating System, dissecting the AIV Model, Cognitive Debt mitigation, and the infrastructure behind the 14k+ commit history since 2019.

The goal: scale individual productivity by orders of magnitude while actively mitigating cognitive debt through systematic measurement and intervention. Status: [Internal Tool]

Longitudinal Optimization Study

"Systematic Intervention on Biomechanical Limiters Under Environmental Stress"

Status: Data Collection Complete (103 Days). (Active Research Artifact).

The Engineering Challenge

  • Input: High-frequency telemetry (HR, Cadence, Pace) from a trained subject.

  • Constraint: Extreme environmental heat (>34°C) & sleep restriction.

  • Optimization Target: Decouple mechanical efficiency from metabolic cost.

The Results (N=1)

  • Efficiency Factor: +18% (0.0180 → 0.0212 RPE 10 test–retest)

  • Pace Improvement: -15% at equivalent internal load (5:03/km → 4:18/km)

  • Durability: Aerobic decoupling under thermal stress dropped from 19.8% @ 32°C to ~4–5%, maintaining <5% drift in the final 36°C RPE 10 test.
