Essa classe deve se chamar HistoricoConsultaRepositoryImpl e ser movido para a pasta /impl. Aqui em /jpa só se mantem HistoricoConsultaJpaRepository. Isso de acordo com o padrão que observei nos outros repositories

A classe foi renomeada para HistoricoConsultaRepositoryImpl e movida para o pacote /impl.

O package-lock.json foi removido do PR.
