Objetivo

Implementar a funcionalidade de gerenciamento de disponibilidades (dia da semana e turno) dentro do serviço de Profissional da Saúde.

Alterações

• Cadastro de disponibilidades iniciais no POST de profissional
• Retorno das disponibilidades no GET de profissional
• Atualização das disponibilidades no PUT de profissional
• Validações de duplicidade e enums
