so this hopefully is a good-ish first stab adding humann. the modules are all local, the processes to download ref dbs were erring for me, the module and subworkflow tests are skeletal really, the subworkflow is less flexible than it should be and i think it could use better test data BUT conceptually i think all the pieces are there and it does something at least minimally interesting and valuable. id have liked to take this further, but am rapidly running out of time available for this.
