Previously, years parameter could not be passed successfully to omni.py. When we changed "sTime" and "eTime" parameters in "histograms.py", the parameters were not passed successfully. So the "SYM-H" was not shown correctly on the subplot (a).
So, I added code to successfully pass a years parameter.
