Pull request overview
This pull request bumps the rtoolsHCK dependency from version 0.6.1 to 0.6.2, along with updating several transitive dependencies. The rtoolsHCK update includes two new optional parameters added to the create_project_package method and introduces a new upload_to_studio method. The existing codebase calls to create_project_package remain backward compatible as the new parameters are optional.
Changes:

- Updated several dependency gems (date, erb, ffi, psych, rdoc, stringio)

Code Review
This pull request primarily updates the rtoolsHCK gem to version 0.6.2 and its transitive dependencies, including date, erb, ffi, psych, rdoc, and stringio.
