Added property options to timetable class and boolean property 'setFooter', also added methods 'setFooter' to set footer same as the header in <time> for tables with much locations and 'getOptions' to return an object with options.
Using webpack instead gulp and bower, update dependencies, add optional header with date
If the date is set to current, then a red line appears and will move with the current time across the timetable. if using the setHeader function, but the date doesn't set - the date set to current.
