This is a functional, but barely functional, port to Fabric 1.21.8. I'm just leaving this here if anyone else wants to reference this or do a sloppy build for themselves.
It survived me doing a lap around our farm complex without crashing. The biggest outstanding issues are z-fighting, DEBUG_LINES_STRIP != DEBUG_LINES, and hover text being rendered behind blocks. Maybe I'll come back and properly finish this at some point, but right now I did not expect this to take up my entire Sunday and still have the rest of TE's client to update.
