Some breaking changes required us to update actions/upload-artifact to v4 so I just updated all the actions while I was at it.
Also includes some other refactors I had lying around but didn't bother committing or pushing yet.
Merging the PR will also trigger a nightly build and thus fix the broken nightly build link (because the build artifacts expired).
