This undeprecates the header attr for AstroData objects. It's unclear why I originally deprecated it---I think because of how the access shakes out in either case (see Issue #92).

Summary
This un-deprecates the header attr for
AstroDataobjects. Issue #92 now tracks the confusion on my part that led to initial deprecation.
