- Change open_config -> from_file, entries_from_info -> from_info, and config_lines_from_info -> to_config_lines and move into new ConfigInfo data class

This holds a list of EntryInfos and stores additional data such as the URL and the form title / description.
This replaces functions such as open_config, entries_from_info, and config_lines_from_info.
