these are the scripts I used to post process the DEM data. Of course this is not suitable to merge in any form. You can work with this PR or you can extract what you need and ditch it.
The particular plot in the issue was made with
dem_post_quality_per_region.py, but it first needs the h5 files for it.post_all_dems.pyis the initial run script and most processing functions are inmy_dem_funcs.py.If something is really confusing or missing, let me know and I can have a look.
