This is a combo PR of #827 and #877 to see if we can just do the all at once. This way @mmanyin needs only one new Chem GC release and @msl3v can get his RRG code in.
This PR moves MAM, MATRIX, CARMA, GAAS, and GEOSachem to separate repos. It also adds RRG. There will be a few steps to get this in:
components.yamlhere to point to tags not branches
