This PR addresses issues in AdvCore; outside of that, it is zero-diff.
AdvCore 'setup' has been updated, based on a recommendation from @wmputman; this corrects a bug that did not cause a crash, but led to anomalous output.
All MAPL exports from AdvCore are now explicitly ESMF_KIND_R4.
When AdvCore is running, resources IM, JM, LM are now recognized (instead of AGCM_IM, etc).
