This PR has small changes needed for testing with ifx.
The main issue is ifx 2025.2 has bugs with its preprocessor. There are fixes in ESMA_cmake for most/many of these, but as a consequence, some files do 'better' if they are
.F90instead of.f90(or.Finstead of.f).These preprocessor bugs are expected to be fixed in 2025.3, but for now, we need to test with 2025.2.
So, we rename some files from
.f90→.F90and.f→.F.
