Fixes injecting custom class names for vertical lines spanning over a period of time longer than day (eg. month)

Updated React, React DOM, React Router, and various other dependencies and devDependencies to their latest versions. This includes adjustments in resolution for `react-calendar-timeline` and several testing and linting libraries such as ESLint, TypeScript, and Jest.
