The following document will detail the design, function, and construction of the Dry Meat Ager.
Essentially, the prototype will maintain a stable temperature within a refrigerator and 'dry age' the meat until ready for consumption.
Various peripherals, such as weight sensing, temperature monitoring, and UI have been added to the road map.
- Implement touch screen UI control
- Add UVC
- Add two sets of 4 load cells
- Add 5V 2.5W water atomizer/humidifier
- Add fan 2, 12V 0.16A
- Replace DHT_11 humidity/temp sensor to DHT_22
- Add dimmable white LEDs
- Add OLED display
- Add encoder for UI operation
- Meat probe
- Door switch
- Water Level Sensor (Opal water float style)
