Welcome to the fablab20 wiki!

7 August 2015 Meeting wrap-up

  • We need to identify people who volunteer for coordinating the community effort for each machine kind
  • We need to work on the global supply chain for getting materials, boards, etc
  • Many people asked to add lathe to the inventory
  • We need to learn on how to make production level machines, most fablab built machines are not actually used in the labs, understand why (except 3d printers)
  • We start this wiki to collect ideas, comments and connecting interested people in this effort
  • This should be a community project, and we need people who should take responsibility for parts of the project

Here's a list of people who want to keep in touch for the Fab Lab 2.0 project. Add a machine type you are interested in if it's not there!
